It’s all about YOU! In the initial consultation, we take a deep dive into your current health symptoms or condition. This involves detailed case-taking and questioning to get to the root cause of what is preventing you from thriving. Talking through all things health, past and present, we will uncover the interconnection between each body system and its current impact on your health. This includes a dietary assessment to optimise your nutritional intake.

At the end of your first appointment, we will develop realistic treatment goals to create your individualised treatment plan. Ash will often refer for comprehensive hormonal blood work, and/or functional testing such as vaginal or gut microbiome testing.

Your treatment plan will include herbal and/or nutritional remedies as well as dietary and lifestyle recommendations, to provide both short and long-term relief.
